How does a burnout occur, what are the signs and symptoms, and what are the ways in which it can be prevented or managed.
...i believe the steps of burnout are very informative, to the extent that i can identify myself with one or two of these stages such as neglecting my own needs at times because of work. The suggestions to take up a physical activity, to keep the body active and refreshed makes sense. Theories on creativity and joy have also put forth that we can work better with sufficient breaks in between.
