I appreciate how the article brings in the element of control as well. A lot of times we feel helpless in a given situation, the article highlights that there may be action elements that we can undertake that can help us avoid feeling similarly in a future event.

The article was helpful but the example which is mentioned about the drunk people is not that impressive and would have been better if any complicated examples are choosen.
