Love is almost certainly the most influential emotion. However, when you start to experience anxiety over that love it might have a profound impact both on your relationship and on your quality of life.

The feeling of anxiousness could be because of various factors. One of the main causes of relationship anxiety is uncertainty about the future of the relationship. This can come from lots of fights, or it can come from previous breakups, or it can come from growing distant. It can also be because of unresolved concerns from the past. If a person has been exposed to fights at home from childhood, then there is a possibility that the person would have anxiety when getting into a relationship.

Some of the most common anxieties individuals experience in relationships revolve around loss of trust, conflicts in the relationships, loss of attraction, boredom in the present relationship, finding a new person interesting, or deciding it's time to move on, commitment phobia, jealousy, fear of rejection, financial concerns, pressures of starting a family or getting married, and fear of losing independence. These are not the only reasons. However, these are just a few prominent ones.

Some symptoms of relationship anxiety are:

1. Appearing overprotective, clingy or needy
