Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Cup of whole milk yogurt 
  • 1/4th cup of milk 
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • 3 ½ tablespoons of honey

 

 

Preparation:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. About two minutes.

Place the bowl of mango yogurt mixture in the freezer, cover it, and freeze for 45 minutes.
45 minutes into freezing whisk vigorously, repeat after an 1 hour and 15 minutes .

Allow the mixture to freeze or take it out semi frozen if you like a softer consistency.

Top it with some crushed pistachios ( optional )

 

Quick fix Mango Yoghurt

1 cup yoghurt

1 small mango or ½ big mango peeled and diced

1 teaspoon sugar

Whisk the yoghurt half of the diced mango and sugar in a blender , add the remaing diced mango to the whisked mango . Refrigerate and serve .
