This egg roll is quick and super easy to prepare. When mornings are rushed, this will take just 10 minutes of your time. It's healthy too as it contains cereal, protein and green leafy vegetable.

Ingredients:

• 1 whole grain bran chapathi (you can use last night's left overs)
• 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg (whip with a pinch of salt and pepper until frothy)
• 2 large fresh lettuce leaves
• ½ tsp. olive oil
• 2 Tsp. of shredded cheese ( optional)

Method:

1. Heat a non-stick tava and add a few drops of olive oil. Prepare an omelette on the tava with the whipped egg. Make sure it is not too thin, or it will break while flipping over.
2. Place the chapathi on a plate, arrange the lettuce leaves on the chapathi. Once the omelette has cooled, place it on the lettuce leaves with a bit of shredded cheese.
3. Gently roll the chapathi and press firmly.
4. Enjoy with healthy pudina (mint) chutney.
