Ingredients

250 gm Bottle Gourd ( Lauki ) , Ridge Gourd ( Turai , Tori ) finely chopped .

1 medium onion finely chopped

1/4th cup coriander leaves

2 pods garlic crushed with fresh pepper corn.

Optional ½ a cube of dry spices

4 cups water

Preparation

Put all the ingredients together and pressure cook remove from the fire after the first whistle . Open the pressure cooker once all steam has been let off .
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and salt to taste.
