Hey! sharing my experience. The hard I tried, the harder it become to forgive. Then I tried a altogether different approach. I punished the person who wronged me in my imagination. I made him apologize for his actions, again in my imagination.Trust me, I felt at peace and even capable in empathize and in better position to understand his point of view.
