Hey! sharing my experience. The hard I tried, the harder it become to forgive. Then I tried a altogether different approach. I punished the person who wronged me in my imagination. I made him apologize for his actions, again in my imagination.Trust me, I felt at peace and even capable in empathize and in better position to understand his point of view.
the sweetest revenge is not allowing the person who has hurt us, to have an impact on our life.. --- This is so true and well said . Many can forget, but few can forgive.
