We should drink more water. We should take the less amount of salt in our food. If we take more salt in our food more water is needed to dilute. We should be aware on the foods how much amount of salt is added if we eat the foods what it will be causes? . Take salt less and Drinking more water is Healthy.
Aparently the water that is consumed is retained by the sodium in the body, thereby leading to additional bulk. I am not sure if I explained it pretty right.
The first two para is confusing. I understand about our body needing water to dilute excessive Sodium, but how does that increase body weight??
