How do I respond to Anxiety: Fight, Flight or Freeze?

When we're exposed to anxiety-provoking situations, our bodies naturally choose from coping responses such as fight (face the situation), flight (run away from the situation), or freeze (unable to act against the situation).

Take a look at the following scenarios and think about what your immediate response would be - fight, flight or freeze? Try not to spend more than 10 seconds on each scenario. Once you're done, take a look at all your responses and reflect on the coping strategies shown to you at the end.
