What is this campaign about
Even though topics such as "mental health", "emotional well-being" have become part of mainstream discussions these days.
However, as a society, we are yet to prioritise them. To do so, we need a tremendous change in our attitudes and mindsets.
It seems that though we have recognised the "elephant in the room", we haven't managed to address it.
Created by experts, our campaign addresses this gap and explores ways to address, appreciate and enhance our mental and emotional well-being to help us lead vibrant lives.
Why this campaign
Almost 50 per cent of those needing mental health assistance refuse to seek it even when they know they need it. The reasons for doing so were because they found it "too difficult" (35 per cent) and "not enough time" (28 per cent). About 25 per cent of participants were worried about stigma.
What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candour, more unashamed conversation

75 per cent of employers surveyed by consulting firm Mc Kinsey said that their employees are afraid to speak up about their emotional wellness needs. This included the leaders too.
If we're injured, they're going to fix our broken bones, but if we're mentally struggling, we have to get help and we have to get it in safe places.
