In India our work often represents who and what we are. In addition to monetary returns a job provides a sense of purpose and self-esteem. Thus when a job ends, part of us seems to end with it. To understand that losing a job can also be something that we grieve is significantly underrated in our culture. Just move on is a commonly heard phrase, but only the victim of the job loss can truly understand what it means to let go of that one thing that brought about stability in their lives. This is a very bad phase or say worst phase of life. It surely requires counsellor's assistance
