Confront your bias
A bias is a tendency or preference for or against something. While some biases can be helpful, many can often stunt our learning or growth. Participating in this self-reflective exercise is a great first step in attempting to confront your bias against mental health in the workplace.​
  • In the next frame, you will be presented with a few scenarios and given different choices to respond with.
  • Choose the one that comes naturally to you or the one that you agree with.
  • Keep on responding with the selections of your choice as more questions populate the screen till you reach the end.
