Dr. Bino Thomas is a mental health and social work service provider, trained from NIMHANS, Bangalore and ISSW, Indore. He is a consultant to Child and Adolescent Psychiatry services as well as ARAIKE Clinic, at NIMHANS. His areas of expertise include psychological and psychosocial work with children, adolescents, parents and couples.

Akanksha Bhatia, Writer and Mental Health Champion

Akanksha Bhatia talks about her experience of anxiety on Instagram under the name @thatsappywriter. After getting diagnosed with anxiety as a teen, Akanksha has been speaking about the importance of therapy and fighting the stigma surrounding pill shaming. Akanksha's writing has been featured in BBC, Fortis India and Cosmopolitan, amongst others.

Waseem Pasha, Mental Health Champion

Waseem Pasha is a Senior Product Associate and mental health champion. Having witnessed extreme ups and downs in his life, Waseem has been speaking about the importance of counselling in healing depression and anxiety. He strongly believes that awareness and education about mental health are key components to emotional well-being.

Dr. Vishwanath Joshi, Chief People Officer, Hexaware Technologies

Dr. Joshi is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Pune University and has a PhD in Management and OD from Academy HRD. During the course of his career spanning more than 20 years, Dr Joshi has worked with top global IT consulting organizations. Prior to joining Hexaware, Dr. Joshi was leading the Practice of Journey Programme at Great Place to Work® India.
