Muscle strengthening activities are important as they help you to increase the muscle mass in your body. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will be able to burn. Some examples of muscle strengthening activities are resistance bands, push ups, sit ups, carrying heavy loads, heavy gardening.

I am always skipping my breakfast because i wake up at after the breakfast time like above 10:00 a.m , may it will affect my health.
